Our services in relation to executing strategies and managing project portfolios fall in two successive phases:

2. PMO OPERATION / PM SERVICE DELIVERY

3. AUTOMATED PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
As part of enabling Strategy Execution, build a Project Portfolio Management System to deploy and populate the Project Management methodology and process and enable automation of Project Management and Reporting.
