The Strategy Management Assessment follows a methodological approach that makes it easier for organizations to pinpoint areas of improvement with a clear actionable roadmap for improving Strategy Management. It covers both areas of how well we standardized and applied best practices as well as organizational maturity.
SMG / PROGRESS STRATEGY ASSESSMENT MODEL
Many of our clients ask a similar question as they work to improve their strategy plans & strategy management practices at their organizations: where do we stand compared with other high performing organizations? Until now, there was no clear method for answering that question. This recognition of a need for organizations to assess the quality of their strategy practices led the SMG & Progress Consulting to collaborate and develop the Strategy Practice Assessment Model.
The Assessment model will help organizations identify strong and weak dimensions of their strategy plan & strategy management practice, checking 77 different elements, providing recommendations on how to deploy improvements that would maximize the outcomes of the strategy. Knowing where you stand against best practices such as "BSI’s 9 Steps to Success", as well as KSA’s Adaa Maturity Requirements, can guide leaders in spotting what specific dimensions of strategy management have higher priorities for improvements. This will then put on the right pathway to apply for and receive SMG's "Award for Excellence in Strategy Management".
