David Wilsey is a strategic planning and performance measurement expert who helps organizations improve performance through better strategy execution, focused KPIs, and employee alignment. As CEO of Strategy Management Group (SMG), he has led engagements across sectors and trained hundreds in strategic planning, KPI/OKR development, and balanced scorecard management. Co-author of The Institute Way and the ASP Certification Study Guide, David is a certified Strategic Management Professional (IASP) and co-designed SMG’s certification programs with George Washington University’s Center for Excellence in Public Leadership. His clients include UNICEF, U.S. Border Patrol, Constellation Energy, and SOCAN. He holds a BME in Music Education and an MBA in Innovation Management.
